OM Optical Precision is a business unit that develops a wide range of "Monozukuri businesses," including the supply of optical components and precision parts to external partners, as well as development and manufacturing contract services that are responsible for everything from design to manufacturing, focusing on the technology, procurement, and production of optical and precision equipment such as cameras, lenses, and IC recorders of the OM SYSTEM brand. In addition to the optical design and precision machining technologies we have cultivated over many years, we have realized products with excellent high performance and mass production by leveraging our "alignment technology" that closely links design, parts, and adjustment equipment.
In the production of our own products, we flexibly respond to the needs of a stable supply of small quantities and high products, achieving both high quality and production efficiency. Based on these technologies and systems, we are steadily increasing our track record in contract manufacturing (EMS) services for electronic devices.
