μ720SW

Built to withstand 1.5m drops and 3m underwater
A truly rugged design

The world's first 7.1 million pixel compact digital camera "μ720SW" has cleared the drop impact test from 1.5 meters and can shoot up to 3 meters underwater. To achieve an impact-resistant structure, a folding optical lens unit is used. By storing the lens inside the body, it ensures higher strength than straight-line optical types. In addition, shock absorbers are placed around the unit to protect the lens. In addition, the electrical board is suspended inside the body to prevent direct impact, and the exterior is made of high-rigidity materials to achieve shockproof that is resistant to breakage even if the camera is dropped. The body has a thin design that does not allow the lens to protrude.
